Purchasing Agreement and Return
Policy
We want nothing more than for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We realize that sometimes that
which we purchase through the Internet does not always meet our expectations, and for that reason, we have established
a return/exchange policy that we believe is fair for everyone involved. Care instructions for your item are included
with shipment. We cannot accept returns due to damage caused by failure to care for item as instructed. Before
we ever decided to use American Apparel, we went through several companies to find the one that we believed best
met our high standards of both quality and employee treatment. If instructions are followed when caring for the
garment, there should be no foreseeable problems with your purchase. We make every effort to accurately depict
the sizing and color of our products. If, upon arrival, you find that you are unhappy with your purchase, please
print and fill out the return form that is located on our site. Once the item is returned and inspected, and found
to be in it's original condition, we can issue a full refund to the credit card that was used to make the purchase.
Original condition means, unwashed, tags attached and free of any marks/stains, pet fur and tears which were not
there before it was shipped. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of the product's arrival to our home
office. Please take care to package and ship in the appropriate manner which will keep the product safe and free
from damage. Because damage can occur during shipping, it is recommended that you insure the item being returned.
The amount that you will be compensated for will equal the amount you paid, including postage and tax. Because
of this, it is your responsibility to pay the postage for returned item.
